What I collect, why, and what you control.

What I collect

When you use this website, request a bill audit, or submit a referral, I may collect:

• Contact information you provide through the audit form or the referral form: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you choose to share about your telecom setup.
• Billing documents you choose to send, such as a recent invoice from your current phone or internet provider.
• Referral information you provide about a third party (the person you are referring): name, business name, email or phone, and a brief description of what they may need help with.
• Scheduling data if you book a time to talk.

How I use your information

I use the information I collect to:

• Run the bill audit you asked for and get back to you with what I find
• Reach out to people you refer to me, trusting that you have their permission or have given them a heads-up first
• Pay a referral bonus, if one is owed to you
• Follow up on your inquiry with relevant information
• Improve this website and my services
• Send occasional updates or resources, only if you opt in

I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your invoice and account details

If you send me a bill or account information for an audit, I use it for one thing: pricing your service across the carrier market so you can see real options. I share it with a carrier only when you ask me to quote that carrier, and only the parts needed to produce the quote. I don't publish it, sell it, or use it as an example without asking you first.

If you are referred to me

If someone refers you, I will reach out only after your referrer confirms they have your permission or have given you a heads-up. I will tell you who referred you when I contact you. You can decline contact at any time.

Where your information goes

This is where your information actually goes when you use this site:

• My own server: what you type into the form passes through this site's Cloudflare hosting, then lands on a server I run on Hetzner infrastructure and is saved to a file there (processes everything in the form)
• Telegram: a notification with your form details goes to my phone, so I see it quickly (processes what you put in the form)
• Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, and security (processes traffic data)
• TidyCal: scheduling, if you book a time to talk

The outside services here each have their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Cookies

The pages I write set no cookies, store nothing in your browser, and carry no tracking script.

The hosting layer (Cloudflare) may set short-lived security cookies of its own, such as bot protection. Those are infrastructure, not tracking I run, and I do not read them.

If I ever add an analytics tool or any other cookie at the hosting layer, I will name it here first, and update the date at the top.

Data security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. This website is served over HTTPS, and my business tools use industry-standard security practices.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

Children

This website and my services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy
