My services

Curiosidy Consulting provides vendor-neutral technology consulting for businesses. My services include:

• Free telecom bill audits covering your current phone system, internet, and communication workflows
• Vendor-neutral recommendations from a network of 200+ technology providers
• Implementation support for technology transitions, including phone system migrations, number porting, and go-live coordination
• A referral program that pays $100 to introducers when a referred business completes a bill audit

I'm an independent consulting and advisory firm. I'm not a phone company, internet service provider, cloud backup vendor, security vendor, or reseller. I connect your business with the providers that fit your needs.

The bill audit

The bill audit is free. There is no obligation to purchase anything as a result of it. My recommendations are based on your stated needs and my honest assessment of the options available.

The $100 referral program

Curiosidy Consulting pays $100 to individuals who refer a business that completes a bill audit. The terms of this program:

• Payment of $100 is triggered when the referred business completes a bill audit with Cody Fitzgerald
• Payment is sent within 48 hours of the completed audit via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or check
• One $100 payout per referred business (a single business cannot be referred more than once)
• The referred business does not need to purchase anything for the referrer to be paid
• If a referrer's total annual income from this program crosses $600 in a calendar year, Curiosidy Consulting will issue a 1099 form for that calendar year
• Curiosidy Consulting reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

How I get paid

If you choose to move forward with a provider I recommend, that provider pays me a referral commission and may pay an upfront performance incentive (SPIFF). This does not affect the price you pay. You never pay Curiosidy Consulting directly for consulting services.

No guarantees

I make recommendations based on my experience and knowledge of the available providers. I do not guarantee:

• Specific performance outcomes from any provider or system
• Uptime, call quality, internet speed, backup integrity, or security posture (these depend on the provider and your infrastructure)
• Savings compared to your current system, though I give you honest comparisons

I recommend in good faith based on the information you provide and the options available at the time.

Your responsibilities

When you work with me, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your current systems, needs, and budget
• Making your own final decision about which provider or system to use
• Reviewing contracts and terms directly with any provider before signing
• Ensuring your office infrastructure (network, wiring, internet) meets the requirements of any new system
• If you submit a referral: confirming you have permission from the referred party to share their contact information, or being willing to introduce them yourself

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Curiosidy Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Curiosidy Consulting is not liable for:

• Service issues, outages, or performance problems caused by third-party providers
• Business losses resulting from decisions made based on my recommendations
• Technical issues with your existing systems before or during a transition
• Data loss or security incidents involving providers I recommend

My total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid me directly, which for consulting services is zero.

Website use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to my systems
• Submit false information through the forms
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy the content
• Submit referrals for individuals you do not actually know or whose contact information you do not legitimately possess

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
